Distal Bicep Surgery 09/2024 Using the pronator in PT was a game changer for me towards the tail end of my recovery program. I used to tape (2) 1LB hammers together to perform pronation/supination exercises but it was very clunky and needed a lot of tape to hold together. I will admit whether you think you’re strong or in a recovery program post-surgery, the pronator makes you feel the intrinsic muscle weakness that many people probably have without knowing. Max weight states to be 15lbs but when I threw a 10lb DB on there it was impossible to pronate (for my surgically repaired arm) so I humbled myself and chose a 4lb weight and it works wonders. Extra tip: I also use this pronator to do half hammer curls (radial deviations) and it gives me a really nice pump and targets those smaller muscles that I haven’t been able to give attention to during my recovery. Definitely worth investing in. Gabriel G.

Store owner replied: Gabriel, Thank you for the awesome review! I am very excited to hear that The Pronator is helping your recovery. As a PT myself, it was always my hope the Pronator could help people recover from injury, gain strength and avoid further injury! Keep up the hard the work!

Great for rehabbing wrists and overall wrist and forearm strengthening, no matter if your injured or not - great for building back grip and wrist strength.

The Pronator

Have had bad golfers elbow (though i dont play golf!) for over a year. My Physical therapist had this, i bought it to do at home and am real happy with it. No assembly and thus far holds a 2lb weight no problem. Occasionally i have to re-tighten the weight but for the most part its way more effective than using the pan, hammer, or dumbbell i was using and targets the inner elbow area like nothing else

The Pronator

Working on my wrist strength so this is doing wonders!

The Pronator

It has significantly improved in healing my injured radius ligmant or RCL through movements like deviations, pronation, and supination. I like that I can gradually with ease set up overloading of weight as I get stronger while also feeling less pain on my radius or radial collateral ligament. I am still looking forward to see further improvement but so far it has helped me a lot within the first to two weeks. In fact, I began to do some machine shoulder presses to test any pain level during extending my elbows, and surprisingly, there was barely any pain compared to before in the past. One thing, I should point out, I'd recommend supplementing this with an elbow massager device for myofascial release. I believe this helps speed things up further. Either way, this pronator device seems to be meant specifically to strengthen the complex soft tissues surrounding the elbow joint. I am grateful to have it !

The Pronator

Easy to use and very effective. I had tennis elbow and it is now mostly gone

The Pronator

I had both wrists injured years ago in a motorcycle accident. Always had pain and movement limitations since. I've only used the Pronator a few times since I got it two weeks ago, and already noticing reduction in pain, and more ability/ strength. Can't wait to eliminate this pain I've been living with for two decades!

The Pronator

Excellent product! Great all around forearm workout!!

The Pronator

I have had tennis elbow for years and I was working with a physical therapist. This tool has fixed my issue. I used to have trouble holding and raising any glass or drinking mug with pain in the elbow as I grip. So far the pain is gone and I’m actually strengthening my forearms now!!!!!!

The Pronator

Great device. Really helped my golfers elbow.

Customer video review of The Pronator

Fantastic. I had been looking for something for pitchers, and I was tired of carrying around hammers. Even better, I can offset the weight and make it slightly different for my pitchers.

The Pronator

I absolutely LOVE The Pronator. I'm currently working with a 5 lb weight in mine and I'm working 3-5 different exercises, 5-6 days a week. My wrist and forearm strength is showing marked improvement and I can literally feel/see the growth in my forearm size after a few weeks. I could not recommend this product more - A+, 5-stars, you name it!

The Pronator

5 stars for The Pronator! The weight distribution is near perfect, this in large part is because the length of it is spot on. My wife and I both have had multiple, either hand, or wrist surgeries, and The Pronator has become an integral tool in our grip and forearm strengthening and training routine.

The Pronator

It is a great tool for the need. It doesn’t seem to be as high quality as we originally expected worried about the actual clasp holding up over time as it seems a bit flimsy, also for over 70 dollars I wish it would have come with a started weight.

The Pronator

Pronator works well, epensive and an unreasonably high brokerage fee from UPS to get this to Canada means I paid 40% of the cost of the item to UPS (54.26 on a $137 item). Never again.

The Pronator

Excellent tool for what I needed it for (distal biceps tendonopathy rehab exercises)

The Pronator

Does exactly what it says it will do! Only using 5# know. Hoping I don’t out grow it too quickly

The Pronator

Does exaxtly what it says it does!

The Pronator

Device excellent. Instructions could use a little clarification

The Pronator

I love the pronator!

The Pronator

Excellent Product!

The Pronator

It seems to be helping with my thumbs, in conjunction with all the other PT stuff I've been doing the last 10 weeks. I'm a Pro pianist and have arthritis in both thumb joints, the L is really bad. Also it seems to be helping with the bike with regard to my wrists, thumbs and palms. I got up to 60 miles for the week riding 4 days. Between the arthritis in my hands and being 11 months out from my second knee replacement at just south of age 73, it's been an uphill battle. I brought the Pronantor to Vargo in Burbank, Ca. , my PT place. Marc, the head guy, wrote it down and said he'd like to get one for Burbank and some of the other Vargo clinics.

The Pronator

It really works well for it’s designed purpose!

The Pronator

Great quality. Easy to use. Can use for more than just the wrist and elbow!

The Pronator

Amazing product

The Pronator

well built, not bulky, portable and great recovery tool

The Pronator

As much as this is built "basic" it is quality and can adapt to all different strengths. Bought this for my 16 year old son who plays baseball, tag sales and department stores have the small weights you would generally use with this cheap......he uses it daily during workouts and even when just talking on the phone or watching the Mets game!

The Pronator

Great tool for an avid tennis player!

The Pronator

Love it! Easy set up and use
